sun meditation

You breathe in light and exhale black smoke and repeat. You do this again and again as you scan every inch of your body. If you are uncomfortable breathe in light and focus on the breath entering the uncomfortable area.

- If you feel that your head is not as relaxed as it could be imagine a ray of white light moving like a solid line clockwise and counterclockwise in a dark circle. do this slowly and then reverse direction. you might hear little creaks and cracks in your mind, kind of trippy, but as they say get all the kinks out.

- Basically what you do is allow the sun to enter through your third eye (mind’s eye) you allow the light to fill your entire being little bit by little bit – start with your mind. soon you will feel aglow. This may take several minutes.

++ if you have problem areas you can imagine the light focusing on the area for longer durations of time++

- now you let go and ‘dissipate/dissolve ‘ into the sun. I prefer more like a golden mist effect, while others enjoy the fragments; either way, dissolve little by little and float into the sun. you can go directly into the sun, or you can go from the side, you can go in anyway that feels comfortable for you.

- once you have completed this meditation you can add a person that you would like to heal, or receive some healing and imagine them next to you as you repeat the above.
